The existing facility had every room a spa should have and none of the order. Guests entered at the wrong point, crossed the wet route twice and finished in the loudest space in the building.
The refit kept the structure and changed almost nothing but the plan, the light and the surfaces. Treatment capacity fell by two rooms; dwell time rose substantially.
